Ignite Your Inner Leadership
Leadership labs and coaching for emerging leaders, HR managers, and entrepreneurs building influence and alignment in challenging markets.
The Inner Game of Leaderhip
Group Structure

Each cohort is intentionally curated as a living laboratory for leadership and influence, applying neuroscience-derived coaching methodologies to elicit individual strengths, intrinsic motivation, and adaptive capacity in real time. Participants learn and practice precise coaching conversations that surface purpose, strengthen confidence, and mobilize commitment—both within themselves and across their teams, clients, and networks. These methodologies are also taught explicitly, enabling members to ask expert-level questions of their constituents that build purpose-driven teams and resilient networks capable of adapting in uncertain and rapidly changing markets.

This is an applied, action-oriented experience. Each week, participants actively build and extend their sphere of influence through real leadership and coaching conversations, testing and refining what works as conditions shift. The program culminates in the Hawaii Reset—an immersive integration experience combining breathwork, nature-based regulation, and teachings on community and belonging offered by a Hawaiian Practitioner—serving as a launchpad into the next level of leadership presence, influence, and systemic impact.

Hawaii Capstone Retreat
The 12-week Inner Leadership Game experience culminates in an optional 2.5-day integration retreat in Hawaiʻi, designed as a deep reset preparing to launch the next phase of leadership.
The retreat blends breathwork, waterfall hikes, white-sand beaches, infrared sauna, cold plunges, and time in nature to replenish energy, restore focus, support sleep optimization, and integrate insights from the group.
Teachings from Hawaiian wisdom traditions, shared by a guest Kumu, frame reciprocity, belonging, and collective responsibility, while facilitated integration sessions connect the Leadership Game to what comes next—leaving participants renewed, resourced, and oriented toward purpose-driven influence.
