Hawaii Capstone Retreat
The 12-week Inner Leadership Game experience culminates in an optional 2.5-day integration retreat in Hawaiʻi, designed as a deep reset preparing to launch the next phase of leadership.
The retreat blends breathwork, waterfall hikes, white-sand beaches, infrared sauna, cold plunges, and time in nature to replenish energy, restore focus, support sleep optimization, and integrate insights from the group.
Teachings from Hawaiian wisdom traditions, shared by a guest Kumu, on belonging and thriving within one's ecosystem, while facilitated integration sessions connect the Leadership Game to what comes next—leaving participants renewed, resourced, and oriented toward purpose-driven influence.

The retreat fee is for facilitation and activities only. Participants book their own flights & lodging and are responsible for meals, transportation (uber/lyft, etc.) and incidentals. There are three months of group coaching prior to the retreat during which time participants may wish to book travel, airbnbs, etc. together with other participants. During the group coaching program, a curated list of activities will be made avialable to the group for those who wish to stay extra days in Hawaii.
